yeah very good point, the only problem is that many people arent acustomed to that kind of neutrality. it would be great if it was though. Par example i know people who wont say the word black in front of a black person, or wont mention india to an indian. Its just stupid, and far too conservative.
Theres no proper way around racism just ignore it and it will hopefuly go away.

racism is discrimination to another race (duh) and is any form of disrespect which includes name calling. say nigger in the street infront of pc doyley and u get nicked. 'real racism' is racism still but treds more into equality and skin colour, but that is mostly solved in modern day world. u should be able to see that on application forms for jobs.

and others make racist comments to black kids at school and say theyre meerly being ironic, but all theye doing is making it an issue.

Thats why people tend to be careful who they say shit to....cos granted if some people heard the 'ironic racism' they would be offended if they werent close to that person...but with a majority...an insult based on race is just the same as an insult on size etc
